Pets are happier at home!Paws Pet Sitters has been established in Brisbane since the year 2000. During this period we have provided care for hundreds of pets, houses and gardens in the absence of the owner. In one year we service about 300 households and make well over 3,000 pet care visits to meet the needs of our clients.
We have cared for pets of all types: dogs, cats, rare birds, exotic fish and even snakes! Personal attention is given to each of our customers and the majority of our clients return to us as many people recognise the value of this great service.
Any difficulties that we do encounter are closely looked at and strategies implemented as to how we can improve our service communication and customer/petsitter satisfaction.
