"The service we received from Jacinta was beyond our expectaions. While we were away there was a big storm that took roofs off houses at The Gap, i heard about the storm and rang Jacinta, as i wasnt sure how bad it had been. I contacted Jacinta that afternoon, she was running around in appalling conditions checking on all the animals in her care, i must say that i was speechless. There were no street lights the power was out and there were trees blocking major roads. She looked after our Staffy dog (Sadsack) and the two cats (Migar and Cat) just beautifully. “We recently had Sarah looking after our 2 cats for 2 weeks. I hate the thought of putting them in a cattery where they are stuck in a 'box' and most likely out in the heat. I also feel uncomfortable asking friends/neighbours to take time out of their busy days to come over everyday.
Sarah was really lovely and the cats took to her straight away when she came to do the initial interview (she claimed to be a dog person but they had other ideas). I had total peace of mind that the cats would be well looked after with the added bonus of bins being put out, a check of the home for any signs of intrusion and mail being brought it.
Normally when we return from holidays the cats aren't happy because we have left them alone but this time they were quick to greet us to show off their nice fluffy coats from being brushed everyday. It was obvious they were content and in no way upset with our absence.
We will definitely use Paws again anytime and recommend them with no hesitation.

“Going away for a few days or a weekend becomes so much more enjoyable when I know that my two dogs are well looked after. For short periods my dogs are so much happier at home rather than being in a kennel.
Micheline has cared for my dogs (Katie a golden labrador and James a Tibetan spaniel) on three occasions now. When she comes to our home my dogs jump all over her because they are so pleased to see her. Micheline walks the dogs, feeds and plays with them.
If I was to put them into a kennel I would need to drop them off the day before I leave and pick them up the day after I get back making it a much longer stay away from home.
